Full Cycle Recruitment (Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, and Tres Monjitas) Research, identify and interview top candidates that would be the best match for the company’s clients in the medical device, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industry. Create talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities. Negotiate job offers with candidates and prepare an Economic Proposal. Perform and process Employment References and Representation Agreement. Coordinate interviews, new hires and complete onboarding process. Prepare and coordinate internal and external advertising for opening positions and events in Facebook, Indeed and LinkedIn. Update SOP Training Forms for Data Integrity and make sure every contractor and employee are up to date with trainings when revised.
