Yousef Al Ali is Manager in Business Excellence & Policy at e& UAE, bringing broad experience in strategy, transformation, and government affairs across the UAE’s dynamic public and private sectors. In his current role, Yousef leads the implementation of business excellence frameworks and operational improvement programs, supporting the organization’s commitment to international standards and best practices. He oversees certification programs, customer experience initiatives, and the integration of global excellence models such as EFQM and GEM, while developing digital knowledge resources to enhance organizational performance. Yousef’s leadership journey includes serving as SZC Deputy Team Leader Excellence at the General Civil Aviation Authority, where he coordinated cross-functional teams, championed excellence within air navigation services, and collaborated with government and industry stakeholders to support strategic projects and sector transformation. He began his career at Deloitte Middle East, building a strong foundation in audit, assurance, and risk management. As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at the GCAA, he managed multi-agency projects with key national partners, implemented quality systems, and advanced operational improvement initiatives. Alongside his professional duties, Yousef is dedicated to fostering collaboration and continuous improvement beyond his core roles. As founder and host of The Story of Synergy podcast (Yggdarsil), he explores the future of the creative economy and cross-sector innovation, highlighting the power of partnership and collective growth. As Managing Partner of Concrete Studio, he has overseen the transformation of the company into a data-driven creative consulting firm, specializing in social listening, sentiment analysis, and crisis management.
