Oversaw logistics operations in the region (3PL relationship management, freight quoting process, order fulfillment, shipping documentation, freight consolidation, house carrier development, KPIs monitoring, end of quarter strategy and cradle-to-grave tracking). Worked across teams along the supply chain (planning, purchasing, trade compliance, quality, distribution and NPI) and sales operations in order to guarantee exceptional and responsive customer service. Constructed a database of customer specific requirements (trading policies and procedures) and authored a user-friendly trade compliance guide. Documented current freight invoicing process and implemented solutions using Oracle reporting and BPMN tools.

Supported and led the sourcing activities for NPI projects (budgeting, RFQ, RFI, RFP, supply selection and PO placement).
