• Lead and manage the team to develop international business and achieve annual sales target; • Responsible for coordinating with global KA, local integrator and partners; • Ensure the effective development of global marketing and public relation; • Coordinate with internal and external parties on cooperate level to meet the needs of the customer, business units and resources assignment;

• Accomplish the annual revenue target (US$ 20 Millions) and maintain the growth in sales&marketing • Develop domestic and international key customers relationship; • Lead and coordinate with the technical team to customize the solution of robotics with clients’ requirements • A key leading player in the business strategy plan and negotiation • Independently manage and supervise the project schedule and progress • Actively explore the overseas markets and organize the sales&marketing events and promotion • Formulate the sales and marketing strategy for domestic and international promotions and channel cooperation • Lead and manage the sales team to hit overall revenue target

• Take on the sales KPI and develop the customers relationship • Independently organize the marketing promotions and events • Actively participate in events and conferences to expand the customer resources

• Perform business operation; • Develop the promotion and advertising online and offline; • Manage and schedule the shipments, payments and goods inspection • Market locally to venders and potential sellers • Negotiate with international buyers and vendors

• Analyze the design structure and perform engineering calculations with safety factor • Design the mechanical parts of home washers • Give technical support of mechanical manufacturing plan and sheet metal design • Conduct market research and interface with the customers • Synthesize sales and marketing feedback to render design innovations that meet customer needs and add value to the company's offerings • Interact with manufacturing vendors to decide or improve manufacturing procedures • Contact Asian-Pacific vendors and distributors to manage technical service and assistance • Write up trouble-shootings for oversea technicians • Organize technical seminars in Asian countries and areas
