• Manages the brand, visuals and creative endeavours. My role to build a cohesive vision for the entire business, whilst ensuring that the design team maintains and evolves brand as the business progresses. • Conducted market research and trend analysis to inform design directions. Managed design projects from concept to production to sales, overseeing quality control. • In the past year, the core product lines have been upgraded and 2 new concept product lines have been launched, which have now become the company's core sales products. • Comprehensive upgrades to e-commerce brand stores such as Amazon, Bol, and Kaufland.

• Establish and manage a remote team from different countries to assist companies in product development and brand development. • My team is responsible for the appearance design, HMI design, packaging design, marketing materials design of all new products, also responsible for website and webstore design and updates. Simultaneously manages 5 brands and all their product lines and brand websites, as well as 3 online retail stores. • Delegate tasks to the design team and provide counsel on all aspects of the project. Supervise the assessment of all materials in order to ensure quality and accuracy of the design. • Lead visual identity for different brand. Adjust and improve the brand visual standard together with the marketing department.

• Created designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout and esthetic design concepts. • Prepared illustrations and rough sketches of material, discussing them with product manager and marketing department. • Developed graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites mirroring company brand style. • Collaborated with other designers on the design of the office space, and was a member of the culture team.

• Participate in product development and marketing materials design, such as appearance, packaging, advertisements, etc. • Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the exhibition design and related promotional materials.
