Dr. Zhao Xumin boasts solid academic credentials and interdisciplinary professional competence. He holds a Doctor of Clinical Medicine from Peking University and a Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University, equipping him with solid expertise in pharmaceutical R&D as well as forward-looking corporate management vision. With over two decades of in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has served at leading domestic and international pharmaceutical enterprises including Johnson & Johnson, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Bayer, China Grand Enterprises and GenSci Pharmaceutical. He has long been dedicated to medical affairs and clinical research & development, and held core senior management positions, accumulating extensive industrial practice and managerial experience.In terms of professional achievements, Dr. Zhao has led the research and development of multiple core products in oncology and non-oncology fields, spearheaded more than 100 phase I to III clinical trials, and successfully facilitated the launch of multiple blockbuster pharmaceutical products. Furthermore, he has demonstrated profound practical experience and outstanding strategic planning capabilities in core fields such as pharmaceutical R&D strategy formulation, innovative pipeline layout, full-cycle project management, and product in-licensing and authorization.
