Led the launch of AI Digital Human, defining requirements and coordinating with design/engineering to deliver multi-channel video and live-streaming features. Drove rollout and adoption, creating use cases (news, events, marketing), tutorials, and platform campaigns to accelerate user uptake. Analyzed usage data and feedback to improve content quality, voice naturalness, and stability, driving iterative product enhancements.

Co-author of A Review of Bias in Large Language Models: Identification, Evaluation, and public our paper on Journal of Computer Applications (ISSN 1001-9081); Evaluated linguistic bias, demographic bias, and evaluation bias with WEAT, CEAT, WinoBias and StereoSets benchmarks; Concluded existing bias evaluation benchmarks into generic, task-specific and language-specific, and proposed evaluation objectives and applicable modals respectively; Proposed future bias research directions in multicultural attributes, interpretability and lightweight bias mitigation technique based on Auto-debias and Self-debias.

Collected and organized diverse corpora for the Multi-Language Smart Learning Platform, focusing on resource-scarce languages including minor languages such as Acehnese and Bambara. Performed evaluation of machine translation outputs based on FLORES 200 dataset, applying quantitative metrics such as BLEU and METEOR in error analysis and cross-lingual comparison to assess translation quality in python.

Maintained and monitored critical IT and power grid information systems, ensuring high availability and stability of enterprise platforms including ERP, dispatch automation, and customer service systems. Managed network and security infrastructure (routers, firewalls, VPN, dedicated communication lines), conducted routine inspections, and implemented data backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard grid operations. Provided technical support and incident response, troubleshooting system failures and coordinating cross-team emergency handling, while documenting operational procedures and optimization reports to improve efficiency.
