As a Productivity Buyer for Electronic Parts across European Production Sites, I am responsible for optimizing procurement strategies and sourcing electronic components for all production facilities in Europe. My role focuses on driving cost efficiency, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest quality standards across multiple European factories. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I aim to support production continuity, minimize costs, and contribute to the overall productivity of the company's operations across the region

Clients - Constructeurs automobiles : BMW / DAIMLER / VW / GM / Stellantis - Pilotage de projet achats - Lancement des appels d'offres (RFQ) clients en définissant des prix compétitifs et un plan de productivité. - Préparation et lancement des Pre-SoCo : impliquer les Segments Leaders, leur partager les détails / contraintes du projet et discuter sur la stratégie adéquate à appliquer selon les directives du segment - Vérification de la capacité de production des fournisseurs pour chaque composant, conformément aux besoins des projets - Organisation des revues techniques entre les fournisseurs et les équipes projets afin d'assurer que les besoins sont bien compris, que le fournisseur est capable de produire la pièce - Comparaison et analyse des critères économiques (CBD) dans le but de procéder aux négociations et challenger les meilleurs fournisseurs pour matcher avec les stratégies des commodités et atteindre les KPIs - Préparation Soco (Award) : nominer le fournisseur aligné aux conditions QCD et créer les contrats LON - Suivi des progrès du PQA : contrôler le partage des documents vivants et le flux de communication entre le fournisseur et l'équipe projet

- Project management of HR and Admin projects (employer branding project, performance review processes set-up, employee benefits project, HRIS set-up and office moving project) - Work closely with line managers to resolve complex employee relations issues - Set up & implement HR Strategy through the board to support our growth - Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate - Conduct regular meetings with respective business units to align HR initiatives and Business requirements

- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the recruitment project “ Campagne alternant 2018” - Analyzes hiring needs, determines the best recruitment methods, and creates specific recruitment strategies - Source candidates by using databases, social media (RegionsJob, CVAden, Apec, DistriJob, LinkedIn...) - Design and update job descriptions to attract passive candidates - Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions (via phone, video, and in-person) - Provide analytically and document recruitment reports to our clients - Assists with coordinating logistics for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events
