•Logistics and Fulfillment Operations: Oversee logistical, warehouse, and packaging operations tailored to the needs of our clients to ensure efficient processes from order receipt to delivery •Order Management/Support: Proactively address and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions in daily operations. Provide order status updates to the team as needed and handle order adjustments due to inventory shortages and discrepancies in addition to maintaining order accuracy •Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to measure KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Handle 50 containers per month and annual value 16 million for POE /FOB /LDP shipment •Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods regarding discrepancies, changes, delays •Documentation Management: Review and manage shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin to minimize shortages. •Supply Chain Oversight: Monitor shipments in transit and received shipment, providing real-time updates and strategize to improve efficiency of operations •Track and report price, delivery, payment terms, supplier quality, claim processes, claim resolution management and other KPI metrics monthly

•Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitoring procurement budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This involves conducting cost analysis, benchmarking, and implementing cost control measures. •Inventory Management: Collaborating with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. •Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Managing risks related to supply chain disruptions, supplier reliability, and quality control. •Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving procurement processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations. •Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and presenting key metrics and insights to management. This includes tracking supplier performance, cost savings, and other relevant KPIs. • Managing Procurement Processes: Overseeing and managing the procurement process, including identifying sourcing needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services. •Vendor Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, conducting supplier audits, and resolving any issues or disputes that arise. •Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and mitigate risks. This may involve identifying alternative suppliers, evaluating market trends, and conducting supplier evaluations. •Contract Negotiation: Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules. This includes reviewing legal aspects and collaborating with legal teams when necessary.

• Extensive daily communication with overseas offices and factories from beginning of order to shipment to ensure timely development and delivery of product • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. • Preparing order overview report including production style, FOB price, LDP price, main fabric information and order quantity. • Analyze and maintain production report including production sale amount, production net amount, production profit amount and production margin percentage • Preparing the production quotation sheet for buyer including FOB quotation and LDP quotation • Preparing Yearly/Monthly Sales Comparison Report by Department, Store and Category • Develop and maintain work in progress (WIP) reports daily for status review of orders and other related responsibilities • Managed all art work, strike offs, fabric quality, lab dips and trim approvals for production process from factory • Resolve all production problems with designers, sales, quality control, overseas merchandisers and factories • Approve all layouts and requirement for price ticket, hangtags, main/care labels, UPC details, shipping carton markings, carton packing and product packaging for compliance of customer with each factory. • Collaborate with sales team and design to address different issues including pricing, order delivery, production samples, posting artwork and ordering price tickets • Updating A2000 on delivery, price, quantity and special comments • Cost-pricing new development from sales and design • Submit all shipping documents after being checked for price and quantity and entering inventory into A2000 • Onboard new vendors & work closely with compliance to audit and set up new factories • Ensures proper receiving, storing, and handling of all incoming and outgoing bulks, components and finished goods on the production area. • Understand GS1 UPC bar code efficiency and ensure all UPC’s are properly allocated

• Manage global relationships with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, freight consolidators to grow the partnership for stronger efficiencies and service. • Manage performance/non-compliance efforts around suppliers, freight consolidators and freight forwarders to drive performance, speed to market and compliance. • Manage ocean & air transit calendars to develop strategies that balance transportation costs and transit times for effective results • Established operational procedures to verify incoming and outgoing shipments • Manage all inbound and outbound movement of product from co-manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, production facilities, storefronts to wholesale, distributors or grocery partners • Generate metrics to assess logistics and fulfillment performance including but not limited to on-time delivery, carrier serviceability, freight cost, and route management. • Worked with Supply Chain to maintain adequate inventory level as required • Imported the best food products oversea with competitive costs and comparably better quality • Analyze monthly reports to realize efficiencies and strategize around cost saving opportunities and speed to market • Ensured import transactions complied with customs brokerage, FDA and USDA regulations. • Travelled oversea to visit food factory to inspect products and to build a strong business relationship • Attended seafood trading shows to gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions • Utilized knowledges from Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification to ensure food safety and quality control.
