- In charge of HDB Immuno-oncology platform set up and development - Leading the core immuo-oncology talent team to set up new drug discovery programs - Program coordinator in multidisciplinary project, lead scientists from different teams to drive the project move forward

1. Extensive experience in the field of immunology and immune-oncology to lead discovery research efforts in cancer immunotherapy and immunological diseases. 2. Lead a group of senior/junior scientist to establish HDB Immuno-oncology platform. Design and implement proof-of-concept studies leading to establishment of the program. To be responsible for envisioning and implementing the strategy to establish and deliver high quality research and assay. Build up variant in vitro immune functional assay, in vivo syngeneic tumor model and humanized mouse model. 3. Create an extensive external network in the field of Immuno-oncology and successfully develop strategic partnerships with big pharma. 4. Establish and maintain relationship with world-wide and domestic clients, serve as the key contact for daily operation and project updates with clients. 5. In charge of company’s FACS analysis platform to support multidisciplinary research
