CE Festival is CAPT's annual flagship event that facilitates interactions with hidden communities in Singapore. • Contributed to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to see the fruition of 12 distinct engagement events, each designed to educate participants about a hidden community in Singapore and the promote reflection on the challenges and strengths of these communities.

Spearheaded the program planning of CAPT Kamal, an overseas community involvement project that focuses on empowering youth from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue lifelong learning. • Developed a month-long syllabus for children in Bangalore, India, designed at encouraging continued education, as well as foster the discovery of individual interests and potential
