Vinfast is main customer. + To respond to customer calls to troubleshoot technical problems of equipment, on-site inspection and attend emergency repair, to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround time and minimize downtime + Advise customer on the preventive maintenance support. + To clearly document the problems resolved to maintain traceability and responsible for service ticket and troubleshoot equipment and system faults. + To check spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand and smooth operations on a 24*7*365 basis + Maintaining regular communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. + Responsible for test and commissioning activities on his area of coverage. + Control testing new Project, connect dirrectly with R&D center for support.

Provide technical support to key account customers in Vietnam Factory automation product ( PLC, HMI, Robot, Servo, Inverter..) Provide training to some customers about our Factory Automation products Consult the best products and systems for customer’s specific application needs. Support Customer, about PLC, HMI, Robot….programing, Improve line production, built new machine… Support sale department prepare demo and show to customer. Guide to customer about communication configuration. Ex CC-Link, modbus, RS-485, 232, Ethernet/TCP ,Predefined protocol, MC….. Manage customer’s claims/investigations related to the product clarification, service/product satisfaction. Research new product and support customer via phone, email… Have training oversea ( PLC, HMI, Servo, Robot, Inverter..) Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues.
