As a Scrum Master, working with DevOps teams to delivery technology-driven changes in the organization with coaching the team with Product Owner role to manage delivery and change detection. Setting up the team inline with the change management in the company, prioritising work within competing demands, and managing stakeholder engagement to successfully deliver services to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment. During this digital transition in the company, current team is one of the first setups. The team is using Agil Scrum with Azure DevOps for working process. The team builds inhouse software for building pit design fase, and located worldwidely.

• Develop services and WebMaps on an ArcGIS Server. • Manage on-site spatial functionality development. • Maintain the GIS deployment pipeline and configure ArcGIS Server for developers. • Analyze and develop spatial features in the web application. • Provide support to end users and automate ArcGIS-related tasks using Python.

Conduct business analysis on change impact assessments for ArcGIS Pro in Shell infrastructure.

As translator and guide was working for National Geographic magazine that comes from Beijing. They were invited by NBTC (Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions) to make a special report about the Netherlands.
