Assist Grant Project Director in administrative duties including accepting applications, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy, forwarding them to the Review Committee for decisions. -Communicate with eligible small business concerns regarding missing documentation, budget information questions, and other general information, -Maintain an Excel spreadsheet of approved companies, approved activities and committed funds and reimbursement details, coordinate the collection of receipts and proof of activities from approved companies so that reimbursement can be made to them, forward reimbursement requests to Grant Project Director for approval, forward and requests reimbursement to accounting department for payment, -Assist with administration, data collection, document review, reporting, market Research related to international target markets, export documentation, translation and other activities associated with export
