Key Responsibilities and Achievements: *Part of International Assignment from Shanghai to Erlangen - Conducted monthly analysis and reporting of absorption and utilization figures, comparing budget vs. actuals to support strategic decision-making and cost control. - Led the financial planning and performance reporting processes for all relevant KPIs across the US and European regions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with corporate guidelines. - Acted as a cross-functional coordinator between the DPS (Digital Process Solutions) team and the FIN team to drive finance process digitalization, including the successful automation of the absorption reporting. - Served as a key user in the S4E Unify Program, contributing to the implementation of SAP S/4HANA by designing and optimizing the planning finance structure for TI SES.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements: - Took full commercial ownership of GIS/AIS projects for the Latin American market, managing the entire project lifecycle from offer phase (PM020) through to project completion (PM700) together with technical team, LOG, Legal and ENG. Responsibilities included contract structuring, negotiation of payment terms, and claim management. - Independently developed SAP-based project cost calculations, conducted rolling forecasts, and ensured accurate monthly reporting, budget planning, and cost control in line with internal financial targets. - Drove cross-functional coordination with the Berlin switchgear factory in the spare parts business, overseeing material planning, product costing, SAP material master creation, and alignment with MP and LOG. - Successfully led and oversaw more than 120 service projects in FY22, covering offer management, order execution, and accounts receivable monitoring. - Achieved significant improvements in working capital through timely follow-up on receivables and optimization of process cycle times, resulting in faster cash conversion and increased operational efficiency.
