Managed vocational training programs for rural elementary school principals in underdeveloped areas, benefiting over 1,400 school leaders through 30 training sessions. Led capacity-building initiatives for rural physical education (PE) teachers, delivering 8 training sessions for 1,035 teachers. Designed project manuals and coordinated training delivery with six universities and educational institutions. Organized flagship events including the 2022 Rural Education Development Report Release Conference and the 2023 Rural Education Development Forum, attracting over 3,000 online viewers and 300+ in-person attendees. Produced four annual education reports and built partnerships with 30+ educational organizations to expand outreach and impact.

Led onboarding and professional development programs for new employees; facilitated regular training and internal cultural events. Managed internal volunteer teams and annual interest group activities across offices. Revised HR policies for three overseas offices and enhanced the employee online learning platform. Designed and implemented KPI frameworks for employee development evaluation. Participated in organizational assessment projects and volunteered in 2021 Henan flood disaster relief. Recognized as the “2021 Outstanding Employee of the Year.”

Joint Philanthropy Department Managed community-based mutual aid and environmental protection initiatives, ensuring timely execution and reporting. Coordinated project closures and contributed to the development of new project proposals for the upcoming fiscal year. Assisted in the planning and implementation of the “Zero Waste Day” awareness campaign. Supported external evaluation teams in assessing the impact and effectiveness of joint philanthropic projects.

In Disaster Management Department Consolidated and digitized historical data on disaster relief and capacity-building activities. Collaborated with local partners to plan fundraising campaigns and support project implementation. Worked remotely during the COVID-19 outbreak, aligning relief distribution data with partner organizations and assisting in branding and communications efforts.
