⬧ Manage outbound operations across 2–3 U.S. 3PL warehouses, supporting high-volume flow (~63K pallets / ~5.5M units YTD) and ensuring routing-guide accuracy and MABD compliance for major retailers. ⬧ Built and maintain ASUS’s daily and weekly KPI framework, using trend analysis to identify delays, accuracy gaps, and recurring exception patterns; outbound accuracy consistently 95%+. ⬧ Led onboarding for a newly added 3PL, establishing KPI structure, training the team on ASUS requirements, and standardizing core operating routines. ⬧ Identify at-risk orders by monitoring carrier updates and warehouse processing data, and coordinate with 3PL supervisors and internal teams to prevent delays. ⬧ Lead weekly operations touchpoints with 3PLs, using KPI and exception data to frame discussions, clarify priority items, and drive resolution of outstanding issues.

⬧ Coordinated high-volume FBA/FBM operations in a 30K sq. ft. warehouse, managing inbound flow of 100+ containers per month and aligning workload with warehouse leads during peak periods. ⬧ Developed Excel tools to forecast inbound volume and organize daily assignments, improving planning accuracy and reducing processing bottlenecks. ⬧ Supported onboarding and KPI expectations for new hires, helping establish consistent operating standards across the warehouse team.

⬧ Coordinated order fulfillment, domestic trucking, and transload activities for eCommerce shipments. ⬧ Supported FCL arrivals, temporary storage, and FBA-related transload workflows. ⬧ Assisted with system testing and provided feedback to the IT team to improve internal logistics tools.
