About
As a Principal Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, I leverage my expertise in bioinformatics and data science to identify novel drug targets and biomarkers through integrative analysis of large-scale multi-omics data. I also support non-clinical safety and pre-clinical and translational studies by developing auto-workflows for target efficacy and safety evaluation. In addition to my current role, I have extensive experience in leading innovative projects in neuroscience and genomics, such as developing a brain single-cell atlas and exploring strategies for building GWAS and post-GWAS analysis pipelines. I have also worked as a Senior Product Manager at QIAGEN Digital Insights, where I generated disease-specific data and developed an online data curation tool. I hold a PhD from the National University of Singapore and have certifications in pandas, R Programming, and Machine Learning and AI Foundations.
