• Provide the updated inventory list • Hands-on Sage 300 ERP system • Keep track of goods promised, pending Sales Orders • Process sales orders via e-mail, fax, phone etc. accurately and efficiently • Approve invoices for payment by the accounting department. • Provide Production saIes to vendors • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory • Set delivery dates and track orders • Provide information needed to import team • Act as point of contact between vendor and Logistics • Ensure orders arrive on time • Follow up with sales team and order processing • Ensure orders are processed

• Publicize Bank's new business and financial products • Solve customer complaints about credit card and debit card • Answer customer questions encountered in the business • Maintain the normal working order of the lobby

• Manage and oversee suitable house information • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best house for customer • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
