• Processing of payments for 3 of the 7 groups within URA using SAP. • Reconciliation of stale/void cheque. • Internal auditing of past payments. • Processing GIRO payments for all posted payments on a weekly basis. • Creation, deletion and maintenance of GIRO accounts of all vendors doing business with URA. • Creation, deletion and maintenance of GeBIZ user accounts as a GeBIZ administrator. • Processing of journals relevant to GST adjustments, payroll adjustments, gratuity, Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance (NPAA) and Annual Variable Component (AVC). • Processing of Cheque payments for Refund of tender deposit, Refund of Temporary Occupational License. • In charge of planning, organizing and facilitating recreation activities as a member of the Recreation Committee for Corporate Development Group. • Ad-hoc duties such as filing, scanning of payment documents and other duties as instructed by superiors.

• Processing of payments pertaining to township projects and monthly term contracts using the Oracle system, and Anacle’s Simplicity. • Processing of payments and maintenance of all water and electricity accounts within the Tampines Town. • Processing of journals for Depreciation of fixed assets, and adjustment as and when needed. • Maintenance of the Fixed Assets of Tampines Town Council. • Maintenance of all tendered projects and Refund of tender deposit to failed tenderers. • Processing of Cheque payments to all vendors twice a week. • Collection of Service and Conservancy fees at the counter. • Responding to call-ins by residents of Tampines Town Councils with regards to any queries pertaining to payments and outstanding balances. • Involved in a project with Energy Market Authority, Tuas Power, Sunseap, General Manager and Finance Manager of Tampines Town Council to convert 728 Singapore Power (SP) accounts to Contestable accounts to allow Tampines Town Council to save 10%-27% off the water and electricity bills. • Ad-hoc duties such as filing, scanning of payment documents and other duties as instructed by superiors.

• Maintenance of the excel list of software and hardware licenses of the customers under my charge. • Data preparation and analysis of information pertaining to software and hardware licenses. • Responding to call-ins by customers with regards to their software and hardware licenses. • Maintenance of the Fixed Assets in the Finance Department of IBM. • Ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors.
