Project: Solution-Deposited InGaZnO Thin Film Transistors - Coated InGaZnO thin film as channel layer using solution process and fabricated transparent InGaZnO thin film transistors on glass substrates. Investigated the impact of annealing temperature and channel layer thickness on the performance of InGaZnO thin film transistors. - Developed a pre-annealing step before regular thermal annealing to improve the electrical characteristics of InGaZnO thin film transistors. - Fabricated InGaZnO thin film transistors on polyimide substrates via solution process, and characterized the electrical and mechanical properties of the devices.

Project: Transfer Printing of Nanocrystal Films - Utilized transfer printing techniques to pattern and transfer various nanocrystal films (including quantum dot and gold nanoparticle films) onto flexible substrates and investigated the underlying mechanics of the process to determine strategies for increasing the transfer yield. - Current work: Fabricating flexible and stretchable electronic devices (photodetector and strain gauge) with transfer-printed nanocrystal films and integrating them with microcontrollers on human body for fitness monitoring and medical diagnostics.
