• Developed a monthly dashboard for the company to consistently track and document procurement data, including supplier purchases across various sites. This initiative significantly enhanced the efficiency of monthly meetings by streamlining information retrieval, resulting in a minimum 5% increase in meeting efficiency. • Led the company’s training of implementing new tools and ongoing monitoring in the phase of digital transformation. • Accountable for conducting due diligence on third-party companies, managing over five supplier/distributor background tracking applications on a daily basis. • In charge of conducting telephone investigations and questionnaire surveys as part of third-party due diligence efforts. This includes conducting supplier sample surveys for the past three quarters and submitting reports with data analysis to the supervisor. • Responsible for various data analysis tasks, such as monthly statistics and updating dashboards by using Tableau.

• Played a pivotal role in monthly KPI evaluations, covering a vast scope of 800+ customers, 20+ insurance institutions, and 100+ insurance types. Successfully presented the results to leadership.
