• Work under HRIS Confidential team – Integration module. • Handle integration system which covers Workday Web Services API, HTML, XML, XSLT, Core Connectors Worker, Positions and Payroll and Cloud Connect (Workday Studio). • Experience in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) which involves setup, renewing and utilising EIBs to make mass updates in the Workday system. • Work closely with HR Shared Service Team, BGHR, SAP Team and other relevant parties on system setup, configuration, UAT testing, training and eventual go-live deployment. • Provide daily support for the operation team on integration issues and enquires. • Create Custom Report, RaaS Report, discovery board and calculated fields based on the requirements. • Extensive research on new releases and enhancements through Workday community. • Identity Workday features that may improve efficiency and bring value to Business Groups. • Keep user manuals and configuration workbooks up to date. • Event team member, plan and organise team events.

- Responsible for Payroll Shared Service Center project implementation which covers requirements analysis, system configuration, system development, UAT testing, system support and troubleshooting. - Work closely with IT Team and communicate with users to identify the business needs and determine the best solutions to address ongoing business requirements. - Involve in implementation documentation and write system reports. - Conduct training to users, new joiners and IT. •Main role: - Mendix system admin, handle more than 95 vendor/local system country payrolls. - Change Request(CR) Handler. - Oracle HRMS Business Admin in charge of system configuration. - Global Payroll Approval System(GPAS) Business Admin, handle bank file and system configuration. Carry out UAT testing for various formats of bank file and go live to the production system.

Developed UI for CPU capacity planner for PostgreSQL database on Linux and testing. This project help the users to visualise the performance of the system and database. Besides, I went through training on database performance and administration.

Provide useful information and guidelines on the smartphones to the customers, interact with them and assist them in choosing their suitable and ideal product that they are looking for.
