As a core member of global sourcing and procurement leadership team to develop and guide supplier transformation strategies for the multi-billions dollars Aerospace business group purchasing. Lead the sourcing, procurement and supplier development activities in the APAC region including China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia countries to deliver significant material productivity and improve industrial cooperation to support business growth.

General Manager of the Honeywell Boyun Aero Systems (HBAS) Joint Venture, building and running a startup company, providing the leadership to a multi-functional team and is responsible for overall business growth strategy, planning and managing the daily operations of HBAS to support the regional OEMs like COMAC C919 program and other aerospace programs and initiatives globally.

Responsible for leading development, execution and successful completion of growth strategies & initiatives for Honeywell Aerospace APAC OEM business, including development & cultivation of the growth pipeline and leading business pursuits, sales campaign, contract negotiations, customer relationship & account management to capture of growth opportunities within China and the APAC region.

As a key member of global leadership team designing a global manufacturing strategy and footprint build up, play an instrumental role in shaping the future direction of the company’s supply chain strategy. Responsible for developing strategies and executing approved transition projects to significantly reduce Aerospace’s Integrated Supply Chain ( ISC ) costs. Lead all aspects of regional programs/projects implementation and manage a diverse team of program managers and manufacturing resources to drive projects' execution in APAC.

Establish sourcing, procurement and supplier development organization in China. Lead all sourcing, localization initiatives to improve product competitiveness and industrial cooperation to support business growth in China.

A new created role is to establish strong linkage between Chinese airline customers and GE global aero engine overhaul / repair shops. Establish process, metrics and the best combination of local and global resources to improve customer satisfaction and support engine service business growth in China.

Drive process improvement and strive for Six Sigma quality in all aspects of GE Aircraft Engines(GEAE) business activities in China. Lead the six sigma and lean deployment across all functional teams through coaching/mentoring six sigma/Lean projects. In cooperation with China Sourcing GM to set NPI( New Product Introduction )goals and drive its accomplishment, implement NPI work plan, build strong sourcing pipeline growth. Lead GEAE sourcing/quality/engineering resources ( both in U.S. and Asia ) to expedite NPI execution.

Identify potential GE Aircraft Engines(GEAE) suppliers that meet established quality, technical specifications and delivery requirements. Lead local field quality engineer development and improve suppliers' quality / technical performance to satisfy GEAE goals, develop low-cost Six Sigma quality suppliers in the region.

As a core member of ISO steering committee, aligning the process and procedure of the company herself to ISO 9000 requirements and successfully obtained ISO accreditation. Lead and drive a quality culture across all functional organizations to sustain a stable operation with continuously improving process yields/productivity and reducing cost.

Execute engineering / evaluation on equipment / materials /process / methods to determine product / process compatibility as well as design and implement cost-effective solutions. Assist operation director to manage day to day shop floor operation.
