 30 years of medical experience in academia and pharmaceutical & biotech companies, including clinical practice, drug discovery, and development.  Extensive exposure to a broad spectrum of investigational product development, from FIH to late-stage trials, especially in targeted therapies, immune-oncology, and cellular therapies.  Expertise in developing clinical development plans (CDP), protocol design & writing, medical monitoring, and the operation process of clinical trials. Be familiar with the entire R&D process of drugs (from therapeutic target finding, compound screening, pre-clinical to clinical trials).  Keen track of dynamic states in pharmaceutical R&D; Be familiar with the registration requirements from the Healthy Authorities and China's registration environment; Maintain good scientific contacts with KOLs in different therapeutic areas and a deep understanding of translational medicine.  Experience in team management, including setting up and managing the whole clinical development department with various functional teams (medical monitor and medical writing, pharmacovigilance, clinical operations, data management, and statistics).  Possesses good scientific presentation skills, excellent ability for self-learning, and creative problem-solving skills.  Research experience in the USA and work experience in both pharmaceutical companies (MNCs and domestic pharma) and Contract Research Organizations (global and local).  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
