Experience

Manager of Research
中国 广东省
- Molecular screening and evaluation of efficacy ingredients related to immune function (eg. Inflammation relief , anti-infection.etc.). Optimize the formulation of nutraceuticals or cosmetics based on specific functional signaling pathways. - Build and apply in vitro (cell models) and in vivo (nematodes, zebrafish, and rodents) efficacy evaluation platforms, and develop high-throughput screening strategies.

In Vivo Study Director
Crownbio Science
中国 广东省 中山市
-Managed over 100 overseas or domestic preclinical projects, and drove 7 anti-tumor molecules into clinical stage, achieving high levels of client satisfaction. - Optimizing the tumour models (CDX, PDX, MiXeno model, etc.) to improve the modelling success rate and stability; accelerating the target validation and candidate molecule screening processes for pharmaceutical collaborators. - Participated during technology and vendor evaluation processes to reduce experimentation costs and improve data delivery consistency. - Major project directions: - Preclinical evaluation of anti-tumour drug candidates: Systematic evaluation of candidate molecules in multiple in vivo models in terms of maximum tolerated dose (MTD), pharmacodynamics (tumour growth inhibition), adverse effects during drug administration, providing key data support for IND filing; - MoA and biomarker studies: Downstream molecular and cellular analysis techniques, such as flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, to assist our clients in investigating the regulation of the tumor microenvironment/target signaling pathways of the tested compounds.

Program-Specific Researcher
Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Biology (ASHBi)
- Investigated the role of tertiary lymphoid tissues (TLTs) in chronic kidney disease. - Applied rodent inflammation models (e.g., ischemia-reperfusion injury-induced chronic nephritis model, EAE model, etc.) for the study of disease mechanisms and target validation. - Establishment and optimisation of bioinformatics analysis processes. - Major project directions: - Commonalities of TLTs during inflammation in human chronic nephritis versus slow-onset nephritis induced by ischaemia-reperfusion injury in rodents, and improvement of pathogenesis by blocking the CD30-CD153 signalling pathway; - Exploration of renal anomalies in the offspring of older mothers (non-human primates samples); - Study of TLTs in autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).

Researcher and project co-leader
Shenzhen Digital Life Institute, iCarbonX
中国 广东 深圳
- Implementation of multi-omics projects for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. - Coordinated with partner hospitals to complete patient sample collection (tissue, blood, or excreta) and clinical data integration, and led downstream multi-omics data integration. - Participated in one key basic research program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China to promote technology translation in the field of precision medicine. - Major project directions: - Identification of key features related to tumor subtype, drug resistance, and prognosis; - Evaluation of Immunosignature technology in infected populations and cancer patients.
