Lead the Finance & Asset Division, under coordination and responsible to the Director of Finance and Corporate Resources Unit. The responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring financial management, financial reports, asset management, office facilities, and office management activities comply with applicable regulations, managing the company’s asset and investment portfolio and cash flow management, ensuring corporate overall taxation administration and reporting is performed in compliance with regulation and perform in timely manner, preparing corporate annual budget and its realization report, Liaising with proposal coordinator and project manager to establish proposal/project costing strategy, project budgeting and proposal/project cash flow estimation, etc.

Lead the accounting team in all responsibilities for the accounting and finance of the project, consisting of the following: Oversee the daily accounting activities required for maintaining the general ledger and supervising the work of the accounting staff. Manage the financial processes, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy and complying with the company policies and corporate accounting standards while tracking all international tax compliance. Monitor the project cash flow by checking bank balances and invoicing schedules throughout the project to keep cash flow positive. Consider tax planning for projects and operating it until the final tax return.

Expatriated and assigned as the site accounting manager of a major Ethane Cracker EPC project executed by Toyo in Louisiana, the United States of America. Work closely with project managers to complete quarterly project financial projections and meet accounting and project deadlines. Communicate with the project manager effectively and discussed issues related to change orders, contract documents, contract modifications, and extra service billings. Also, play a vital role in verifying project expenditures and ensuring they comply with the company policies and procedures and adhere to the corporate accounting standard.

Oversee accounting activities for more than five major projects. Mainly take charge of the projects in China, Germany, Indonesia, and the US. Responsibilities include directing, supervising, and managing the preparation and maintenance of all accounting details of a project, review of project expenses submitted by the project team, maintenance of project-related financial data and records, closing of account upon completion of the project, evaluating project expense variance, preparing total project revenue report, etc.

Engaged in several proposals and consulting works, especially for Japanese domestic clients who planned to expand their business in China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. The roles in these proposed projects are documentation of prequalification for bidding, managing cost estimation for commercial issues, drafting of contracts, and negotiating with other professionals employed by the client.
