负责项目：新一代汽车减震器电磁阀的产品开发。 具体工作：协助研发新一代减震器电磁阀的机械结构部分，包括主要结构规划、工艺规划、生产规划等； 对产品进行有限元分析，进行产品的组装于维护工作； 测试新产品的性能，包括 P-Q 测试、压力测试、油液循环测试、流量测试等； 绘制 2D 工程图纸，管理下级供应商； 管理产品项目相关资料文书，建立 DFMEA 与 PFMEA 文件，横向对比竞争产品优势并实际测试。 •Project responsibility: Product development of electromagnetic valves for next￾generation automotive shock absorbers. •Specific task: •Assist in the mechanical design of the electromagnetic valve for the next-generation shock absorber, including primary structural design, process planning, and production planning; •Perform FEA on the product and carry out product assembly and maintenance work. •Test the performance of the new product, including P-Q testing, pressure testing, oil circulation testing, flow rate testing, and more. •Draw 2D engineering drawings and manage downstream suppliers. •Manage product project-related documentation and establish DFMEA and PFMEA documents; conduct horizontal comparisons of competitive products’ advantages and perform actual testing.

负责项目：根据需求设计合理的夹具装置；对非标产品进行机械建模；完成模块化仿真；根据建模进行 2D 图纸 绘制；调试维修机械设备。 具体工作：熟悉公司机械设计规范、安全标准，协助设计机械零部件，完成模块化仿真分析，整理 BOM 表，车 间学习制造工艺与装配流程，协助设备测试、维修，与上/下层部门沟通需求与工艺，归档文件等。 Project Responsibility: Design reasonable fixture devices based on requirements; perform mechanical modeling of non-standard products; complete modular simulations; generate 2D drawings based on the models; and debug and repair mechanical equipment. • Specific task: •Familiar with the company’s mechanical design specifications and safety standards; •Assist in designing mechanical components; conduct modular simulation analyses; prepare BOM lists; •Learn manufacturing processes and assembly procedures at the workshop;archive documents, etc. •Assist in equipment testing and maintenance; communicate requirements and processes with upstream and downstream departments.
