NCR/DR Reduce the cost 100,000RMB per gearbox.  Engineering works in Plant: Transfer Technology from Corporate. Training operators. Working instruction; Standardize work; Equipment investment. Test bench supporting. Repairing the broken gearbox and root cause analyze. Implement Lean production; CI. Apply ISO9001 and IS014001 for Tianjin plant

Gear workshop production supervisor  Monitor and enforce the production plan. Ensure delivery schedules, quality and costing target is met.  Review and improve production planning to optimize facilities and human resources.  Continuously improve the production processes. Identify productivity improvement opportunities and monitor the implementation.  Effectively control manufacturing cost and fully support the company’s cost saving programs.
