Managed the Supplier Registration, Purchasing Orders, and Invoices in Oracle HCM for faculty, staff and students. Assisted faculty and staff with scheduling, event coordination, and maintained teaching resources on Canvas, bulletin boards, and the MIIS website. Experienced with Drupal webpage editing. Provided Training for new recruits and managed the Graduate Assistant team by assigning tasks, updating training materials and conducting new GA interviews and onboarding.

Collaborated with Institute Professors and the Director of the Executive Custom Programs to design interpretation tutoring curriculum for short-term exchange students from Singapore and China. Tutored interpretation for a total of 40 hours to said exchange students, focusing on consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation between English and Chinese. Catered classroom activities and teaching styles to the needs of different groups of students.

Translated and reviewed in-game texts in localization projects in memoQ. Maintained and built project-related translation termbases. Performed LQA checks and in-game testing before product launch. Coordinated system patch schedules between the IT resource and the Client. Negotiated system patch time windows and patch plans with the Client. Monitored patch performances using VBA in Excel and generated patch reports for each patch session to assist in monthly performance reviews.
