- Mergers & Acquisitions: Assist foreign and domestic groups or corporations in drafting and negotiating a series of M&A related documents. Continue to provide legal services through to the closing stage, including post-closing matters. - Real Estate & Construction: Advise domestic property developers, foreign investors and their project companies in their real estate development, construction and investment projects in China, including performing real estate-related due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing documents on design, engineering, property sale, lease, project management and trade-related financing,etc.. - Dispute Resolutions: Represent foreign and domestic corporations in litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings in various disputes, including equity interest, international trade and investment, real property, labor, tort, loan and financing, intellectual property protection, domestic commercial and economic matters. - General Corporate and FDI: Represent multinational and domestic corporations on their matters relating to joint ventures and WOFEs, contracts, commercial loans, etc.

- Draft and review of various legal documents in the frame of commercial transactions and provide legal advices on issues related to commercial and corporate law; - Assist French companies during their investment in China and draft different legal documents (joint venture/shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement etc.) and assist Chinese investors in business development in France and provide legal advices on different fields.

- Intern in Policy Issues Section of the Division on Investment and Enterprise Development. - Assist in the research for investment environment in 48 Asian countries and regions for the Program on National Foreign Direct Investment Laws and Policies.

- Intern in International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs. - Make progress the Case Law Database.
