1.Lead the technical engineering department which contains the Maintenance of Hot Forming department, the mechanical workshop maintenance, the building maintenance and an engineering team. 2.Develop a maintenance Strategy and manage the maintenance according this strategy. 3.Support all related departments in finding of technical solutions to improve the reliability of the equipment. 4.Organize all installation, repair and refurbishment activities in the plant. 5.Propose and implement a budget based on a 5 years plan (operating, investment, HR, energy costs). 6.Direct and coach the team leaders to enhance their performance and to prepare them for future challenges.

1.Ensure an interference-free production of hot mill by means of an excellent maintenance strategy; 2.Understanding of technical issues; 3.Organize all kinds of maintenance activity in close collaboration with production department; 4.Be in charge of equipment installation and coordination with suppliers. 5.Responsible for Maintenance Budget 6.Organize a sufficient training system to prepare the maintenance employees for the daily work.
