• Responsible to support Human Resources processes and specialize in Payroll Transaction & Daily Operation function and to comply with all company policies, procedures and documentation • Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll & no delay in salary payment. • To assist and handle payroll & daily operation matters with HRIS or payroll software

• Oversee the utilization of Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Malaysia, monitoring HRDF Levy, Grant, Claim, Appeal and Queries. • Schedule, coordinate and manage internal and external training programs. • Take responsible as a QMS representative for HR department, attending internal and external audit sessions, updating Risk & Opportunity and revising Work Instructions in a timely manner. • Event organizer for CNY Celebration 2019 & 2020 in TCMA • Participated in Human Resources Development Awards for The Year 2019
