Experience in BL2 plus and BL3 condition; Generating Adenoviral or Lentiviral particles; Adenoviral RNAi Expression System 3. Cell Biology/Biochemistry Mammalian tissue culture; Stable cell line generation; maintenance of primary cell lines; Generation of adenovirus, cell line transfection; Elisa; Western blot; Immunoprecipitation; Northern blot; Affinity purification.
