* Directed start up operations for this new department, developed and implemented policies and procedures, and created job descriptions. * Designed standardized financial consulting processes, including strategies for client marketing and development, client proposals and engagement letters, project planning and research methodology, and final project report templates. * Directed and finished several complex client financial consulting projects, such as compiling the client’s financial statements , completing a fair market valuation, and helping negotiate the sale of the company.
