I'm the co-founder of Planable, which was acquired by SE Ranking — where I'm now COO. I started Planable at 23 from Moldova, took it through Techstars London, raised under $1M, made it profitable, and spent nine years building the best content collaboration platform for social media teams. We grew to 7,000+ customers globally (mainly US and Western Europe), helped brands like Hyundai, Christian Louboutin, Wendy's, KFC. Won a Webby, ranked top on Product Hunt at launch, built a team of 45 people with a culture I'm most proud of, ran company retreats people still talk about, and just had the time of my life doing it. Sold to SE Ranking in 2025. I stayed as COO because the next chapter is also one I am very excited about: SEO, social, and AI are collapsing into one category, and I get to help shape what the future of marketing software looks like as that happens. As COO, I run People and Operations, lead our internal AI transformation, drive cross-sell, and own the operating cadences that keep a multi-product org executing as one team. Before Planable, I built a digital marketing agency at 20 and ran social for clients like Coca-Cola. That's where I lived the problem Planable eventually solved. I've been in marketing tech my whole career — first as a user, then as a builder. I also angel invest — backing exceptional founders, especially from places without obvious credentials.
