Reseach Title : 5G-Enable Mobile Edge Computing For Nav Computer Vision Task Offloading This study investigates the use of 5G-enabled mobile edge computing (MEC) to address latency, computational, and energy constraints in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based computer vision systems. The proposed system employs a lightweight onboard vision pipeline that performs only Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) presence detection, minimizing computational load. A trigger-based mechanism selectively offloads only relevant high-quality image frames via 5G connectivity.
