With a team of 73 people, Budget of expenses of USD2MM and report to General Manager. • Incorporated improvements in delivery routes, increasing the use of the dispatch capacity from 75% to 90%. • Got savings for USD400K; changing the packaging material, implemented third party transportation and consolidating Distribution Centers. • Led the improvement in planning and distribution processes, achieving an increase in the availability of products for sale from 78% to 93%. • Recovered USD500K of obsolescence inventories, establishing an analysis model and managing a multidisciplinary team for its evacuation.

With a team of 31 people, budget of expenses of USD1.5MM and report to General Manager. • Reduced delivery times by 30%, developing a process of attention and prioritization, also implemented new distribution warehouse in Guayaquil and Quito. • Saved 24% in freight costs, optimizing the own- and third-party transportation capacity efficiently. • Reduced import times by 40%, identifying the root cause of delays and developing an action plan to reduce risks.

Responsible for managing the supply chain and administrative processes of the companies La Llave, Ecuaimco and Comercial Ginatta, with an inventory of US$11M, an expense budget of US$1.6M, inventory purchases of US$30M, In charge of a team of 27 people. I developed the organizational structure of the Operations area for the three companies of UNS Ecuador; that reduced costs and contributed to the company's results. I Optimized Inventories by 38% (US$6M); implementing Demand and Purchasing Planning processes and selecting brands for their profitability; thus, improving cash flow. I achieved inventory accuracy of 99.93% in Ecuaimco and Comercial Ginatta, by improving the processes of entry, enlistment and dispatch of merchandise, avoiding financial losses and improving delivery times to customers. I saved US$250K in negotiations with transportation, security, cleaning and import logistics providers, with which I contributed to the company's results. I reached 97% compliance with order delivery times for Ecuaimco and Comercial Ginatta customers, improving the picking, preparation and dispatch process, reducing lost sales due to non-compliance with delivery deadlines.

Responsible for managing the supply chain, administrative and technology processes of La Llave S.A., with an inventory of US$6.7M, an expense budget of US$1.5M, inventory purchases of US$28M, through load of a team of 35 people. Reduced US$1.8M in discontinued inventory, by creating a tool to determine and analyze these inventories, working synergistically with the commercial area; avoiding future losses to the company and improving cash flow. I achieved savings of US$180K per year, through negotiations with service and transportation suppliers; contributing to the positive results of the company. Reduce by 42% the transit time of maritime shipments and 47% of air shipments, improving the stages of the import process and thus reducing delivery times to customers. I improved the design of the Guayaquil distribution center; storage and dispatch times and achieving annual savings of US$50K by optimizing the use of the warehouse. I achieved 99% compliance with the delivery times of customer orders, improving distribution processes, thus preventing sales losses due to breach of commitments.

Responsible to lead and control the supply Chain process for the local and export market, of the pharmaceutical and nutritional market. With a team of 40 people, Budget of expenses of USD1.3MM. • Increased from 80 to 98% the OTIF of local and export orders, improving purchasing planning, production, distribution processes and communication channels with customers. • Avoided the destruction of USD350K in inventories, implementing improvements in the storage, reorder point, also considering the expiration and rotation of raw materials. • Renewed the design of the own warehouses, increasing capacity by 50% and leading the search for third party warehouses according to the company's needs. • Obtained 99.9% accuracy in cyclical and annual inventories; forming a work team focused on compliance with Good Distribution Practices and analyzing root causes to prevent deviations. • Saved USD200K per year in the purchase of materials with an interdepartmental team, developing new suppliers considering their quality, price and service level.
