Contact candidates and obtain their latest profile and information, gain consent to share their profile to hirer. 2. Arrange interview between hirer and candidate, negotiate employee benefits with the hirer upon candidates ‘request like salary etc. Prepare contract and proceed placement of candidates after candidates shortlisted after interview session. 3. Do follow up calls for every successful placement to understand the condition of candidates.
