I help businesses and non-profit organizations implement organizational, program, and project management practices focused on creating social and environmental impact, based on the Theory of Change methodology.

I help startups and non-profits organizations to develop, produce and deliver hardware (IoT, Deeptech) products and services that meet the needs of their market by supporting them in adopting product development and project management methodologies inspired by the Lean Startup, MVP, Design Thinking and Agile approaches, in a variety of fields such as sustainable agriculture, food security, sustainable development, AgTech, FoodTech, CleanTech, Mobility, Energy, MedTech, AI, Quantum Tech, among others.

I'm in charge of implementing and managing a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system for Oxfam-Québec's Volunteering Cooperation Program (PCV), entitled "Equality in Action", in Peru. The PCV program is a solution for the sustainable development of the knowledge and skills of vulnerable populations in the fields of social justice, gender equality, international rights, sustainable agriculture and others, through collaboration with volunteer cooperants, enabling populations to be as autonomous as possible in improving their living conditions.

I'm an early stage investor.

- I defined product and intellectual property strategies. - I built and managed an internal, external and international cross-functional product team made up of 15 members, namely software developers, electronics engineers, researchers / PhDs in biology and product / UI / UX designers. - I researched and developed electronic devices for data collection and transmission for beehives monitoring. - I planned and managed a assembly line for the electronic devices manufacturing. - I defined and launched scientific research projects and raised the funds for their realization. - I participated in public and venture capital fundraising estimated in $ 1+M CAD fund raised. - I represented and pitched the company at conferences and trade shows. Accelerator Programs: IVADO, FounderFuel, Creative Destruction Lab, Impact8, Centech, 30 Weeks (Google's program), Parcours entrepreneurial Rémi-Marcoux and Y Combinator S2019 (last stage of the selection process).

- I designed the hardware and firmware of a sensors and radio based embedded system for beehive monitoring. Technology stack: 2G, 3G, Particle Photon and Electron, C++. - I deployed embedded systems over many beehives from clients.

I was in charge of developing and managing innovative development projects and programs with the ambition of fighting climate change, empowering women, and strengthening viable, resilient, and sustainable food and water systems in vulnerable and disadvantaged rural areas in Peru.

I was involved in the implementation of good practices in project management at the institutional level for the Institute of Development and Environment (IDMA), a local Peruvian organization whose mission is to promote sustainable practices in agroecology among peasant populations with a gender equality approach.

I helped the scientific research sector in quantum technologies across Quebec (Canada) to generate value, by identifying business opportunities and by contributing to the creation and support of startups, in order to position Quebec as one of the best strategic places in the world for developing quantum technologies. I helped Recolte to define the strategy for collecting the needs of the food system actors in Montreal in order to be able to develop a software platform that tackle the food security challenges in Montreal.

I helped students to improve their academic level in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Natural Sciences.

- I formalized and solved a multi-criteria problem for the planning of the Hydro-Québec distribution network over the next 20 years. - I participated in setting up new architectures for the Hydro-Québec new distribution network.

- I designed a data logger for airplane calculator testing. - I made a user manual for the data logger.

I worked on the Peugeot 207 and Citroën DS3 production line by installing exhaust pipes.
