Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; advise of shipment details and provide quotations.  Oversee shipment transportation by arranging, booking, confirming and tracking space across all modes of transportation.  Complete documentation for receipt of shipments and review documentation to correctly process shipments.  Process documents through the appropriate system in a timely manner to ensure compliance with established deadlines.  Secure necessary documentation when incomplete information is provided  Trace key transaction information (HBL, commercial invoice, and other required documents) to determine if available. Create and maintain electronic files to ensure clearance process, once documents are received.  Follow-up with carriers, manage pre-alerts daily, and maintain record of all communications in electronic files.  Coordination and communication of release to carrier, internal and external customer.  Manage and maintain inventory for assigned product group including constant physical (warehouse reports) and system monitoring, SAP transfers and month end adjustment and report. Liquid transloading to transload bulk liquids to drums or totes. Also transloading isotanks to rail cars or vice a versa.

Identify improvements opprtunities and implement successful changes by working cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Quality Ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers’ requirements by overcoming road blocks Guarantee airlines are carriers are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery Ensure that internal customers’ need are met and that company policy and international trade compliance regulations are adhered to by executing on shipments, reporting transportation metric, identify trends across global transportation methods and practices Coordinate Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process with customers
