Responsible for building university partnerships and hiring top talent across our Commercial Business unit at the following levels: intern, MBA and entry-level. Led internship recruiting for several groups: Finance & Accounting, Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, Product Strategy, Strategy & Analytics and Executive Suite. Brought aboard a cohort of nearly 200 interns to the organization. Managed our high-level executive team’s referral pipeline.
