Project manage & implement ad-hoc in-house solutions especially on SAP FI/CO, TR modules and integration to submodules as well as external system such as Hyperion. Projects completed: 1. Bankers guarantee & facility module for treasury department Analyse stakeholders business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews and workflow analysis. By aligning IT with business requirements, the solution is built in-house saving the company on average $25,000 compared to engaging vendor to perform the task. 2. Business processes improvement - Identified business gap and recommend automating sending of reminders via emails instead of manual print out. - Gather & translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. Constantly communicate rollout plan with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth go live.

Lead projects and enhancements for SAP and integration with other systems such as Billing Systems, Siebel CRM system, DCSS, WebPOS etc. Design and architect end to end business process and planned for resources. Initiate process improvements and influence stakeholders to comply with SAP best practices. Work as a team as techno-functional support in FI/CO modules with integration to SD/MM modules as well as interfaces with external applications. Projects Completed: 1. SAP GRC implementation - Responsible as technical project manager for the design and delivery of solutions with engagement of Accenture as system integrator to the required quality, standards and enterprise wide risk management methodologies. 2. Retail transformation Project - Lead a team of three to implement enhancements for retail transformation projects especially on interfaces from WebPOS/Online stores to SAP by defining Project Standards, Development of Architecture, Review of Design, Analysis, Project Schedules and Team Management to meet project deliverables. 3. SAP Data Archiving - Prepared strategy, scoped, collected business requirements to be align with corporate direction and finance requirements on retention policy. Provide specialist direction, control and guidance to vendor. 4. AIP (Automated Invoice Processing) Project - Work with vendor to enhance on vendor invoices process to be fully automated with routing facility by providing consulting role for users and vendor to follow SAP best practice always.

Working closely with team members to support SAP FI/CO, COPA, PS, FM, SAP SD/MM & OpenText both functional and technical. Plan and manage team members in integrating new business process and ad-hoc projects. Projects Completed: 1. SAP Upgrade - Participated in SAP Upgrade implementation from SAP 4.6B to SAP ECC6.0 as project lead who managed sub-team in deliverables across modules from SD/MM to FI/CO 2. New company code - Lead a team of 5 persons to configure new company code SAP for newly acquired company (QALA). Recommended end to end resolutions and implementation plans across modules based on QALA’s existing business processes and best practice in order for seamless integration of QALA’s business into M1 process. 3. GST Change from 5% to 7% - Lead a team of 4 persons to maintain configuration in SAP to cater for GST 7% change. - Developed implementation plan and worked closely with retail team for end to end configuration changes and report developments - Detail test plan, test data, test scripts were prepared to cover all possible test scenarios for smooth cutover - Cutover plan with backup plan were meticulously coordinated and timed as the changes involves major impact on all M1 Shops 4. SAP Server Upgrade - Participated in server upgrade to assist HP vendor in testing OpenText archiving system before roll out the changes in SAP Production - Configured and setup test environment for OpenText in order to complete exhausive testing before rollout with minimal guidance from OpenText vendor
