* Maximize distribution of all brands and packages as well as secure the best possible selling position for our products within our On-Premise Department * Execute company strategies and tactics utilizing marketing tools and practices. * Assist in development of new customer and market growth. * Ensure constant communications with key customers decision makers to optimize our relationship. * Keep current with all industry and market information. * Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams. * Work effectively in a commission environment.

* CUSTOMER SERVICE * Responsible maintenance of company web-based ordering program * Provide escalation point for resolving client issues as needed. * Provided in the market through training of retailers, consumers and sales team of tools available. * Provide areas of customer service process improvement * Ensures adherence to the customer service escalation program * SALES / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT * Statewide new account processing * Processing of electronic sales transmission processing through EDI * Maintains customer files in VIP. * Makes travel arrangements; event registration, hotels, flights, car reservations, etc. as needed. * Various administrative duties including but not limited to; maintain contact list, assist with Distribution Agreements, organize PowerPoints for All Company Meetings, tracks various data (CPC for ABI reporting, Street Bucks, etc.) * Provides support to pricing department as needed for new product entry, data entry and coverage.
