1. Project Manager  Initiate and lead HSBC group/local key projects to support the strategic transformation, high-end customer acquisition, maximize operational efficiency, including launch product and channel, procedure set up & implementation, system development, new service unit set up and service items migration etc.  Responsible for drafting business case, resource planning, projecting P&L and ROI, lobbying stakeholders for approval and etc.  Keep close monitoring during project implementation phase to ensure the project success, including tracking milestones, risks and issues, financial performances.  Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders including Group leaders in HK and UK, local CEO, COO, function heads, external vendors and etc.  Gained comprehensive working experience in MNC via 2 key company projects 2016–2017: strategic regional business expansion & core system replacement.  Appraised as Top Performer because of constant high-quality contribution and leadership delivered in year 2016.  Proficient in domains of operations and financial crime compliance in insurance and retail banking. 2. - Lead technical presales in supporting full sales lifecycle from initial contact and qualification to POC and contract finalization for 50+ life insurance customers in 9+ countries in APAC region. - Participated in dozens of IT planning and system biddings for Chinese life insurers' green-field system construction or legacy system replacement; - Served as an established subject matter expert on system architecture, business requirements, and enterprise solutions, such as Insurance Core System, ECIF, Multi-Channel Platform, Product Factory, E-Commerce Platform and etc.;

- Participated in a dozen of PAS implementation projects for insurance companies world-wide, collected business requirement, analyzed and wrote BSD, configured products, supported UAT testing and system maintenance, provided user training, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Participated in the IT evaluating and planning project for K-Boxing Men’s Wear Ltd. - Prepared meeting documents, integrated the meeting records into a complete report and took part in the group discussion which delivered consulting solutions for the Human Resource Department, Finance and Accounting Department etc.

- Leading 49 trainees serving as conference planning and reception for 09 CLSA Forum. - Prepared conference documents such as annual reports; purchased conference stationeries; contacted the conference site and staffs. Received hundreds of CLSA Forum participants.
