-Support NPI all dispensing process such as Underfill Glob top and Thermal gel in module product. -Knowledge of dispensing machine: NORDSON ASYMTEK & GPD. -Setup new production and develop analyze data determine root cause of the process and improvement project relate filed. -Handle process improvement for yield quality and less scrap. -Prepare process document to support production (Work instruction, Procedures, Check sheet, Visual aid etc.) -Transfer new process product, tooling, equipment and technology. -Control spare part tooling of machine.

- Failure analysis issue product refrigerator small model in production line and report quality improvement. -Control production process assembly to follow Kanban. -Control cycle time(UPH) each station and improvement capacity. -Support control new model and new part with related team of first production lot to ensure overall process is stable. -Scrap materials analysis control and fine a root cause.
