At C6 Bank, i lead the cloud it infrastructure and network engineering team. We are responsible for architect, deploy and support a hybrid environment that integrates multiple clouds (AWS, OCI, GCP and Azure) and on-premises datacenters, connecting to the the brazilian and international financial ecosystem - Brazilian Central Bank, B3 stock exchange, card transactors, among others - using automation and infrastructure as code. Our approach combines agile methodologies, sre practices, observability and finops. My daily activities include sourcing and develop 24/7 engineering teams, project management, change and incident management, manage suppliers, contracts and budget.
