Managed and organized therapeutic programs and community referrals for a 68 bed Physical Rehabilitation and Palliative Care unit, in the Aging Program

In two-year term as President proved to cultivate a strong collaborative board achieving: 15% increase in active membership, the renewal and re-launch of the chapter legacy award program (PRISM), launch of a new website and delivery of education events, conferences, and operations within fiscal budget.

Within first 60 days of hiring, co-designed and led bi-annual leadership forum for over 250 healthcare leaders. Engaged expert international keynote speaker, CEO, and VPs to deliver key messages and a successful program. Led a cross-functional eight member team in all phases (RFP, campaign, launch, reporting) of the first corporate-wide engagement survey (in compliance with ECFAA) for 10,000 employees and physicians across six sites. Resulted in a high response rate, establishing a benchmark for a key initiative within the corporate strategic goals. Partnered with internal clients and stakeholders across diverse programs. Increased trust, engagement, change resiliency, leadership effectiveness, and collaboration. Achieved by coaching and advising with organizational development (OD) principles and tools; communication strategies, and facilitation. Led an internal coach development program for 21 formal leaders with executive buy-in to continue the growth and sustainability of a coaching culture. Responsible for the research and design of a team development framework.
