-Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements, translating them into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) using Excel and Word. -Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform day-to-day data analysis using Excel, applying formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques to generate insights and reports for decision-making. -Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts covering various functional and edge case scenarios to validate system performance and data accuracy. -Business Consulting & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in transactional banking processes, propose data-driven solutions, and work with development teams to optimize workflows.

Final Year Project: Developed an online web-based system to automate the manual add-drop subject process at Sunway University, utilizing various web development skills and visualization tools such as PowerBI, HTML, and CSS. Collected user requirements from lecturers and students. Presented the project to the entire Business Analytics department and students from other courses. Demonstrated strong collaboration skills throughout the project.
