Notable Placements: • Sales Director: Successfully spearheaded pioneer hiring for an IT services company in Singapore. • Site Reliability Engineers (SREs): Delivered key hires for an ICT organization in Malaysia. • Specialized QA Professionals: Recruited candidates ranging from senior roles to team leads for a Telco client in Malaysia. I am also responsible for addressing client inquiries regarding payroll management and Employer of Record (EOR) services, as well as supporting their onboarding.

Conducting research and mapping to better understand client’s industry in the region in order to effectively source for suitable talent. • Sourcing for talents through various platform, mainly Linkedin Recruiter, Jobstreet. Continuously building talent database in different region. • Acting as a mediator between hiring manager and candidate to ensure the interest of both parties are met. Assisting client with recruitment process, from arranging interview to salary negotiation to onboarding. • Maintaining close relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate action in solving their hiring requests. Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide Local Labor Law and Employment act regarding the oversea hiring. • Attending online meeting with the hiring managers to understand their hiring request and providing constant feedback on industry information.

• Responsible for sourcing talent through job portals, campus recruitment drive and building network in IT industry. • Understanding the skillset requirements and other relevant criteria from respective hiring manager, to ensure best match between candidates and jobs. • Arrange interview for the hiring manager when the candidate is shortlisted. • Prepare offer letter in accordance to labour laws and company’s policies for the successful candidates. • Ensure a smooth process when the candidate reports to work.
